Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:

Note: Delivery times may be affected by high order volumes or postal delays beyond our control.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within UK and at our discretion, to select countries outside the UK. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Delays & Issues
If your order is delayed or you haven’t received it after the estimated time, please contact us at support@physisnutrition.com with your order number, and we’ll be happy to help.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking number shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please:
